Please contact us for details on hunt cost. The cost of each expedition depends on what species and the location of the desired hunt. When we have your requested hunt information we will give you a written schedule and total hunt cost for your desired hunt.
All clients booking with Canadian High Arctic Adventures will be required to sign a hunt contract and a waiver of liability form.
Our Arctic hunts in the Northwest Territories start in Inuvik. Clients can fly from Edmonton Alberta or Vancouver British Columbia connecting to Inuvik, NWT. Canadian High Arctic Adventures will provide a travel plan so clients can easily book flights from anywhere in the world to this small northern community. Some clients will need to overnight in Edmonton, AB or Vancouver, BC while in-route. Generally an overnight is required in Inuvik. There is a very nice hotel in Inuvik and we can help make arrangements if needed. Our expediter will meet you upon arrival at the Inuvik airport and transport you and your gear to the EnR office to pick up your hunting license and tags.
All applications will have been submitted by your guide/outfitter prior to your arrival so this process only takes a few minutes. Once you have everything from EnR our expediter will take you to the hotel. The following morning you will be picked up from the hotel and transported to the Inuvik airport for your final flight to the village you will be hunting out of. Your guide/outfitter will be at the village airport to meet you upon your arrival. On your return after your hunt you will again be picked up at the Inuvik Airport and transported to EnR to have your trophy sealed and to pay your government harvest fee.
Upon booking your adventure a Non-refundable deposit of 50% of the hunt cost will be required. The balance is due 90 days prior to your scheduled hunt dates.
